I've already reviewed this business on behalf of my business, however, I must do Tamara Correll and her staff justice by also revewing them as a user of State Farm for my personal insurance needs. I currently have a boat insured through State Farm in addition to all of my business insurance, and an account manager who works at this office, Jon Lutzeier has been fantastic. He made quick work of getting my quote and policy put together and has been very prompt with any support I've needed related to my policy. A few months ago I had an issue where my online accounts for my business and personal insurance were merged, which was an issue and Mr. Lutzeier took great care to assist me with State Farm's technical support to work out the issue. Furthermore, he has assisted me by sending me documentation that I was unable to find within the online profile (even though it was there, I was just being silly and unable to find it). Jon has a great attitude and is very friendly and always great to speak with. "Mr. Jon Lutzeier is an awesome account manager! I've been with State Farm for almost a year now and I've never had an issue getting into contact with him. I have a business liability policy, and life insurance for my employees through this office and signing up for the policies and managing my accounts has been a breeze. When I email Mr. Lutzeier he responds promptly, and he almost always answers his phone immediately. When he doesn't answer the phone immediately I don't worry either because I know he's just providing excellent service to another customer and will get back with me soon. I've never had to wait more than an hour to hear back from him, and he's always sincere with an apology for the wait once I do get that call back. Mr. Lutzeier is very detail oriented when I speak with him, I don't have to repeat things, and he remembers me when I call him. I usually dread speaking on the phone with big businesses such as insurance companies, but it's always a joy getting to talk with Jon.
